Description
Older flats and small bathrooms in Pakistan often have doors too narrow for standard wheelchairs.
The KY-973LAJ transport wheelchair is narrow enough for most of them. Its medium rear wheels ride over thresholds better than tiny transport wheels. The low seat suits shorter users.
Use it at home, in clinics and for travel, pushed by a carer.
- Not ideal for: self-propelling. Choose a 24 inch wheel chair for independent users.

Frequently asked questions
How do I get the price?
Tap the Get a Quote on WhatsApp button or message 0333-4351637. Send the model, quantity and your city. We reply within 4 hours with a live quote, stock status and delivery time. We do not list prices on the site. Rates change often, so each KY-973LAJ quote we send is current.
KY-973LAJ or KY-904BJ: which transport chair?
Both weigh 15 kg and carry 100 kg. The KY-973LAJ is narrower at 54 cm, has a lower 47 cm seat and bigger 40 cm rear wheels. The KY-904BJ has smaller 30 cm wheels and a higher 53 cm seat. Choose the 973 for narrow doors.
What material is the KY-973LAJ frame?
The seller does not state the frame material or brakes. The 'L' and 'A' in Kaiyang codes often mark aluminium models, but we confirm it in writing with your quote. Ask for a photo if you want to check before delivery.
How do I choose the right wheelchair seat width?
Measure across the user's hips while seated, then add about 5 cm. Most adults fit a 41 to 46 cm seat. Larger users need 51 to 56 cm, and children need about 35 cm. A seat that is too wide makes pushing harder, while a tight seat can cause pressure sores.
