Any date we give is an estimate. It becomes a promise only when we agree to it in writing.

Delivery charges

Partial deliveries
If part of your order is ready first, we may send it first and send the rest later. We tell you before we do this.
Delays outside our control
Some things are outside our control. Examples are supplier delays, technical faults, power cuts, strikes and bad weather. If a delay happens, we tell you as soon as we can and give you a new estimate.
What the quote covers
Our quote covers the goods only. Storage, installation, start-up, training and maintenance are not included unless the quote lists them.
Payment before delivery

Check your goods on arrival

After delivery
Once the goods are delivered and accepted, we are not responsible for wear, damage or loss that happens through use, handling or storage. See the Warranty Terms page for covered faults.
