Return and Refund Policy

Our aim

We want you to get the right product in good condition. If something is wrong, tell us and we will work with you to fix it.

What you can return

You can return a new item within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp 0333-4351637 to start a return. We take back an item if it is:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals
• Backed by your invoice or order number

What we cannot take back

• Custom or made-to-order items
• Sterile, single-use or hygiene items once the pack is opened
• Consumables once opened
• Items damaged by misuse, poor handling or neglect
• Used or refurbished equipment, unless we agree in writing
• Items you ordered from a quote that said non-returnable

How to start a return

1. Message us on WhatsApp 0333-4351637 within the return window.
2. Send your order number or invoice, the reason, and photos if the item is damaged or wrong.
3. We check your request and tell you the next step.
4. Send the item back as we direct. Keep the courier receipt.
5. We inspect the item and tell you the result.

Refunds and replacements

We refund approved returns by the payment method you used. We process the refund within 7 days of approving the return.

If you want a replacement, we send it after we approve the return.

Who pays for return shipping

If we sent the wrong item or a faulty item, we pay for return shipping. In all other cases, you pay for return shipping. Ask us on WhatsApp 0333-4351637 before you send anything back.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

Tell us as soon as you open the box. Report it as soon as you can. Send photos. We will arrange a repair, a replacement or a refund.
