When a warranty applies
A warranty applies to a product only when our quote names it. The quote states the term. Message us on WhatsApp 0333-4351637 to confirm the warranty and who repairs the product.
The warranty covers the original buyer only. You cannot transfer it.
What the warranty does not cover
- Power cuts, electrical surges, fire, water damage, extreme weather, accidents and other events outside our control.
- Misuse, rough handling, wrong storage or wrong servicing.
- Repairs or changes made without our written approval. These end the warranty.
- Equipment built to your own specification that later does not meet your expectations.
- Use with devices we did not supply or approve.
- Consumables and wearing parts, such as batteries, cables, connectors, handsets, gas springs, motors and display panels. These may carry a limited warranty from their own maker.
- Items we resell from another maker. The maker’s warranty applies, where there is one.
- Used or refurbished items sold as-is, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
How to make a claim

- Send your invoice or order number, the product name, a short description of the fault and photos or a video.
