Frequently asked questions
How do I get the price?
Tap the Get a Quote on WhatsApp button or message 0333-4351637. Send the model, quantity and your city. We reply within 4 hours with a live quote, stock status and delivery time. We do not list prices on the site. Rates change often, so each KY-9148L rollator quote we send is current.
What is the weight limit of the KY-9148L rollator?
The listing gives a maximum load of 75 kg. That is lower than many rollators, so check the user's weight first. For heavier users, ask us about a heavy-duty rollator. Always lock both brakes before you sit on the seat.
How do I use rollator brakes?
Squeeze the handles to slow down on slopes. To park, push the brake levers down until they lock. Always lock both brakes before sitting on the seat. Check the brakes monthly and ask us to adjust them if they feel loose.
How do I set the right walker height?
Stand inside the walker with your arms relaxed at your sides. The hand grips should line up with the crease of your wrist. When you hold them, your elbows bend slightly. Set all legs to the same hole, and check each pin clicks through before you walk.
