Does the 5 litre oxygen concentrator work in load-shedding?
No. A concentrator needs mains power to make oxygen. It alarms when power fails. Keep a backup oxygen cylinder or a UPS of the right size for patients who cannot go without oxygen. A generator also works if it gives stable voltage.
